Welcome to the Advanced Calculator App. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application, developed by Sanjib Maity for Depok Sir. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this application. By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account and Login
To access features, users must register with a name and valid mobile number. Authentication is completed through OTP (One-Time Password). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
3. App Features
- Secure OTP-based login
- Transaction tagging and categorization
- Offline support with auto-sync when internet is available
- Export transactions to Excel
4. Offline and Online Data Use
The app works offline, storing data on your device. Once internet access is available, it syncs your data securely to our server. If the app is uninstalled or cleared from settings, offline data may be lost. Online data remains until you request deletion.
5. Data and Privacy
Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse your personal information. Only essential data is collected to improve functionality and user experience.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful or abusive purposes, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or data tampering. Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and functionality in this app are the property of Sanjib Maity. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its content without written permission.
8. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update the app or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the app immediately if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
